The following error might occur when you try to run a SAS^® Stored Process using PROC STP:

This error might occur even when the result type of the SAS Stored Process is correctly set to Stream and/or Package. The error is known to occur when a SAS Stored Process is created originally in SAS Enterprise Guide. The problem occurs because the _RESULT automatic macro variable is incorrectly set to STATUS when PROC STP reads the SAS Stored Process metadata.

There is no circumvention for the problem. You must re-create the SAS Stored Process using SAS^® Management Console before you can execute it with the STP procedure.
